Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in business analysis or a similar role within an educational or organizational setting
• Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) may be beneficial
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g. Excel SQL) or project management software (e.g.

Job Description

Lead efforts to evaluate and improve school operations, processes, and systems.
Develop business requirements and functional specifications aligned with school objectives.
Conduct gap analysis to pinpoint discrepancies and partner with project managers to define project scope and goals.
Assist in creating project plans and monitor progress, addressing risks and providing updates to leadership.
Collaborate with administrators and staff to gather needs, facilitate workshops, and act as a liaison with technical teams.
Analyze performance data for insights, prepare reports, and ensure data accuracy. Propose solutions, oversee system enhancements, and streamline processes for efficiency.
Develop documentation, training materials, and ensure compliance with regulations.
