Location: EPG Head Office (with travel across branches)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Pastoral Care to lead student wellbeing, safeguarding, and family support across our Early Years network. This senior leadership role focuses on creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment while aligning pastoral care with academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead pastoral care strategy, safeguarding, and wellbeing programmes across all branches
• Develop and implement policies in line with child protection and international standards
• Oversee training and professional development for pastoral care staff
• Strengthen family engagement and build community partnerships
• Manage crisis intervention and coordinate external support services
• Collaborate with academic leaders to ensure holistic child development
