All EPG Branches celebrated the World Arabic Day on 18th December 2018 in both EY and PS levels. Students and teachers wore the traditional Arabic clothes, they learned about the Arabic poets and writers, they danced and sang Arabic songs.

PS Salmiya

In Salmiya branch, the Arabic Department celebrated the World Arabic Day with children in a big celebration, attended by the First Inspector from Ministry of Education, Mr. Refaii Al Salili and the Inspector Mrs. Meshael Al Azemi with Mr. Abou Youssef, Mr. Brett Neilson, and Mrs. Mona Mantach.

The students from year 3, 4, 5 & 6 sang and did a drama and concert.

PS Salwa

The school celebrated this day with children and parents in EY Theatre. The Year 5 parents attended the celebration. It was celebration full of perfomances, a drama and songs, competition for parents, and they enjoyed this part a lot.

KS1 and KS2 celebrated the Arabic World Language Day in the assembly, and in the lessons. They did many activities about it (competitions, drawing and coloring on the white shirt…).
