Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years' educational leadership experience
• Including curriculum coordination; teacher development; or instructional coaching
• Proven supporting schools where teacher training and qualifications vary
• Leadership experience in international schools or education groups in the Middle East
• UK-trained background preferred

Job Description

To provide strategic leadership across our Early Years network. This senior role leads EYFS-aligned curriculum development, instructional coaching, quality assurance, and professional learning - working closely with Pastoral Care and Arabic curriculum leaders to deliver high-quality bilingual education.
