Job Description

Deliver the National Curriculum in England/MOE curriculum using high level teaching, assessment and behavior management strategies in a stimulating and safe learning environment to ensure all children can access learning.

Lesson Planning & Delivery: Design and deliver lessons based on the National Curriculum/MOE, ensuring broad coverage and high standards.

Learning Outcomes: Set clear, challenging objectives and create activities to achieve them.

Feedback & Assessment: Mark work meticulously, provide timely feedback, and maintain detailed records.

Classroom Management: Ensure good order, discipline, and safety while managing diverse learning needs.

Holistic Development: Plan activities that foster social, emotional, and cultural growth.

Communication: Provide feedback to parents, prepare transfer records, and collaborate with support staff.

Team Participation: Engage in staff meetings, school events, and contribute to self-evaluation and school policies.

Professional Growth: Continue development, support the school's ethos, and promote equality and safeguarding.
