Job Description

-Monitor assigned classes to support student concerns and issues.
-Maintain professional relationships with students and staff as an advocate.
-Liaise with school management and parents regarding student behavior and academic issues.
-Follow up on student attendance, contacting parents for consecutive absences.
-Attend and document teacher-parent meetings, maintaining detailed records.
-Track and update student watch lists and manage recognition systems (e.g., ‘Star of the Week’).
-Coordinate activities to achieve educational goals and support behavior improvement.
-Manage the Merit/Demerit system and provide support for social, behavioral, and emotional issues.
-Offer guidance to teachers and liaise with external agencies and the Ministry of Education (MOE) for specific support and safeguarding issues.
