• Previous customer service experience in a school setting preferred

Job Description

-Responsible for the health and safety of students at all times.
-Responsible for communication between branch, parents and children, ensuring all students demonstrate expected
-EPG behavior in the branch, following up on behavioral issues, cause for concern students and student attendance.
-Consistently monitor assigned classes for any immediate need for support involving concern or issues with children.
-Support in the management and administration of all registration and transfer procedures, policies and processes in the branch.
-Follow-up attendance of children and call parents of students who have two consecutive absences to check on the child.
-Coordinate with the Housekeeper in ensuring that cleanliness and hygiene of the branch is as per EPG standard.
